It was really good. Deep. It shows the reality of church. The humility of the pastor's and their scars helps relate to anyone who has been hurt. It is a very good book, concerning issues of unspoken, "church wounds."

The many topics that can wound someone in the Church are discussed in a helpful and healing way in this book. Both authors pull from their extensive experience as pastors that traveled to different churches and coach other pastors. Their expertise is obvious but their down-to-earth and vulnerable discussion of their own difficulties is refreshing. Truly helpful to anyone struggling with offense or hurt from friendly fire in the Church.
